  • What if I do not receive my order or shipment?

    Itree cannabis ships out all package with signature confirmation, where carrier is liable for collecting a signature of authorized personnel at the time of delivery.

    If you do not receive your order or shipment, contact the carrier customer support for more details about the shipment. It is recommended to check with neighbors or nearby place or person. Check parcel before you received it, if it is damaged don’t sign for it and return to the courier to return back. Failure to do so may result in the exclusion of the return/exchange policy. Itree cannabis is not liable to file a claim with carrier or replace the package on signature confirmed orders. Consumers must resolve the issue with the carrier.

Return & Refund Policy

    Itreecannabis.com does not provide with a refund on opened/used products under any circumstances. Refund is only available for the products that have been unused or new and returned in its original packaging.

    Orders with applied discounts will be eligible for reimbursement only if the sum of damage/faulty devices is more than the applied discount.
